The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act for 2014 -7

Oct 21st, 2010

the patient protection and affordable care actAt this point, we come to the final stage of all the health insurance changes that will occur on January 1, 2014. There is still plenty of time between now and then and by way of politics and government we the people have many opportunities to change the effects of this again before it become the official law of the land.

If and when The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act  makes its passage on January 1, 2014 it really will be the end of health insurance and life as we know it and as our forefathers intended it to be.

We the people will be living under a very oppressed rule of law and have all our decisions made for us through the health insurance we are forced to purchase and pay for, the foods we eat, the entertainment we seek and anything else the government deems necessary

13.   Establish health insurance exchanges, and subsidization of insurance premiums to individuals with income up to four hundred percent of the poverty line, as well as single adults. Sections of The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act explain that the health care subsidy will be provided as an advanceable, refundable tax credit, and gives a formula for its calculation. Refundable tax credit is a way to provide government benefit to people even with no tax liability, for example, the Child Tax Credit. According to White House and Congressional Budget Office estimates in 2016, the income-based premium caps for a silver healthcare plan for family of four would be higher than what it is now.

Trying to keep this health insurance take-over as simple as possible, this is a major disaster waiting to explode on the American people and on the country as a whole. We the people of this fine country admit we need health insurance reform and health care management, but this is not the way to travel down the road.

Think about this because once this health insurance over-haul does take effect the costs will be astronomically and definitely unsustainable. We as a country are not in any position to continue borrowing money from around the world.  This is only to fulfill our health insurance needs, as the world falls apart swimming in debt that will never be repaid.

Once The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act takes full effect in January 2016 it will be too late to turn back to a more common sense approach in this area. Do you really want the federal government controlling every aspect of your life, with the exception of breathing?
